Architectural and structural design for the new Bin Hai stand dedicated to water events.

The shape of the cover is reminiscent of an overturned keel of a boat, in which – just as in the skeleton of a hull – the main structural elements are made up of three large longitudinal arches that join at the ends. The curvilinear course of the three arches is then punctuated by transverse beams reminiscent of the ribs of the spine of a cetacean, Each consists of three members, two connecting the lateral arches with the central one and one that rises vertically and allows to stabilize the structure through inclined members. The maximum height of the central arch, reaches 24 m for a length of 175 m, which allows to have a capacity of about 3,000 places.
