Moxy Hotel project – Venice

The project concerns a 4-star hotel with around 250 rooms near Venice Marco Polo airport.
Construction technology will focus on prefabrication in wood, following the needs of sustainability and energy saving.
The lot is located within an existing green area, near a nursery and a swimming pool which will be used by the new hotel.
