Architectural design and supervision of the works in collaboration with Philippe Starck Network for the realization of a 5 star luxury hotel on Canal Grande in Venice.
H&A Associati/Arka has followed all phases of the restoration, from architectural design to hotel transformation and technical management of the site. Obtaining permits from the Municipality of Venice and the Superintendence of Venice.
The complex consists of a hotel, luxury residences and restaurant on the ground floor.
